Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Certain situations may only qualify for partial refunds:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often a processing period before a refund appears.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us with the relevant details.
Sale Items (If Applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale, promotional, and offer items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email and mail your item(s) to:

Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should courier it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item valued over PKR 5000, consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item in case of any courier issues.

No claims will be accepted for open lenses of the following brands: Bella, Freshlook, Freshkon, Optiano, Bausch & Lomb, Flexcon, Bio Medics.
